Marcos, hailing from Leon, Mexico, and Amelia, a former resident of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, crossed paths while working together at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole in 2006. Their connection blossomed into a swift romance, culminating in marriage in June 2007. Fueling their shared dream of owning a restaurant, the couple tirelessly worked towards this goal, and in August 2014, their dream materialized with the establishment of Streetfood @ the Stagecoach in Wilson, Wyoming.

Driven by a profound love and respect for food, Marcos and Amelia dived headfirst into the restaurant venture, emphasizing in-house preparation of as many dishes as possible. Over nearly ten years, they dedicated themselves to maintaining the high quality and delectable global specialties that garnered them popularity.
